The custom rubber body perfect houses the curved Sunnies Sunsafe Stick, coming in a variety of summer colors.

IDEATION
The biggest design challenge with the Sunsafe Sunstick Pod was its curved body. Since the concept was to produce it in rubber, the form needed to balance rigidity for structure with flexibility for usability — all without collapsing or losing its shape. Through rounds of prototyping and material testing. The final design features a layered body design, drawing inspiration from the sun itself — echoing both a summer-themed release and a sunscreen product.
FINAL DESIGN
The final body for the Sunsafe Sunstick Pod, produced in rubber, was the perfect balance for both rigidity and flexibility. The final samples feature three colors, complimentary to the Sunsafe Sunstick component.
